A True Penetrative Sealer
We only use Sif sealers for all our sealing applications.
Sif sealers are the best sealing solution for same day clean and seal. This means less interruption to you and your day. We can arrive and clean your surfaces and seal while the surface is still damp. Sif sealers are a penetrative sealer and absorbs into the surface coating each particle of the surface and substrate while still leaving microscopic channels for vapors to escape.
This allows us to seal your surface while it is still damp. That means no need for us to wait for it to dry and come back a day or so later. You can be back using your surfaces with 24 to 36 hours of us completing your application.
Sealed Surface Maintenace
Maintaining your Sealed Surfaces
A Maintenace clean is essential to keeping your surface and sealer in optimal working condition.
After we have sealed your surfaces, we will arrange an annual follow up maintenance clean. At this time, we can inspect the surface and look for any areas that may not be repelling as well as it should. for the first 2 years, we will touch up any areas that may need it free of charge.
SiF Sealer Guarantee
SiF Sealers provides customers with a guarantee of up to 5 years on all sealed surfaces. Surfaces that are cleaned and sealed by an approved applicator in accordance with SiF Sealers preparation and sealing procedures are covered by this guarantee. Maintenance of a sealed surface will be required by an approved applicator who follows SiF Sealers surface maintenance procedure. Included in this procedure is the requirement that surfaces are cleaned at least every 12 months with an approved cleaning product and process.
All contaminants or foreign material including but not limited to oils, grease, foods, sugars pet urine etc must be cleaned immediately from the surface using a pH neutral degreaser.
When a sealed surface is due to be re-sealed, a detailed clean must be done prior to spraying sealer on to the surface. There is no requirement to remove existing sealer from the surface. All surfaces sealed with SiF Sealers can be easily re-sealed with the same sealer that was previously applied.
