 Yes, we do require access to a mains tap to provide our services effectively. 

 We use specialized equipment to catch and divert runoff back onto grass areas of the property. If we have used any chemicals that may affect your grass or gardens, we will neutralize the area before leaving.

 We kindly ask that all pets be removed from the area being serviced and kept in a secure location. It ensures their safety and allows our team to work efficiently. 

We advise that all pets remain clear of residual water until it has fully dried.

Please let one of our friendly staff know if you have any pets when booking in a service for further information.

 As our team usually consists of one person, we ask that all large, heavy, and fragile items are cleared by the owners away from the area to be cleaned before our arrival. However, if there are only a couple of things, we will gladly move them for you and place them back as close as possible when finished. We also take photos of all items before and after they are moved. 

  If a site has excessive or large heavy items that require moving by our staff, there may be a manual handling charge involved. However, we will reach out to you before starting the service to inform you about any potential charges. 

 While we are dedicated to working hard for our clients, there are instances when unfavorable weather conditions prevent us from performing our services effectively. For example, strong winds can cause unwanted overspray and potential damage during an exterior wash. If the conditions become unfavorable, we will reschedule the service and notify you promptly. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our staff and prevent any damage to your property or neighboring properties.
